WizeHire is looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own the vision and execution of how we drive growth with digital and grassroots marketing campaigns. You and your team will build out our content strategy, campaign calendar, and cross-team activation against the plan. You will collaborate with experts to calibrate messaging, align on tactics, and most importantly drive value for your audience. Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and development of go-to-market strategies for demand generation campaigns across products and key industries.
  • Own comprehensive campaign plans, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships to bring knowledge to life.
  • Grow and maintain a deep understanding of our key markets and customers.
  • Partner with our sales team to promote upcoming campaigns and learnings from prior campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product success team to lead a team of talented marketers; developing their skill set and building trust as a leader.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in marketing. 
  • Proven record of promoting and producing campaigns that deliver value for people.
  • Self-motivated
  • Enterprising spirit.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Our stack: Outreach, Intercom, Autopilot, Mixpanel.
