We are searching for a Senior Content Writer to join a growing, Buffalo-based, web marketing team to write legal-based content for websites. You would be perfect for this position if you possess a blend of creative and strategic thinking, and you would enjoy editing content efficiently within our established storytelling framework, which we would provide to you.    

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Editor to lead our content team in developing, creating, and publishing high-quality content that engages our audience and supports our company's goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for writing and editing, is detail-oriented, and can manage a team to deliver excellent results.

This is a full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Develop and execute a content strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and freelancers.
• Oversee the content creation process, including ideation, research, writing, and editing.
• Ensure that all content is of the highest quality, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets the needs of our target audience.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure that all content is optimized for distribution and engagement.
• Use analytics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of our content and adjust our strategy as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content creation.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and managing a team.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Experience using content management systems and social media platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of content creators.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
