Manage a portfolio of commercial loans of varying types, in senior and subordinate lien positions to ensure they are serviced in accordance with documented terms.

• Establish and maintain organized commercial loan credit files
• Review and interpret commercial loan documents to service commercial loans in senior and subordinate positions in accordance with agreed-upon terms
• Manage servicing flow in all phases of life of loan for seasoned portfolios of varying origin
• Analyze and interpret data to accurately input terms into a servicing database and ensure efficient servicing of commercial loans
• Report and actively pursue resolution of past due items and matters of default in accordance with agreed-upon terms
• Adhere to timelines and deadlines established based on client needs and department workflow
• Ensure effective written and verbal communication with staff, management and clients
• Monitor reports and system-generated notices to ensure rate changes and covenant compliance in accordance with documented terms
• Reconcile loan histories to ensure accurate interest accrual and unpaid principal balance

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit

• 5 plus years’ experience in managing/servicing commercial loans
• Comfortable in a fast-paced atmosphere with varied responsibilities based on priorities of the current situation
• Must be able to work independently and in a cooperative team environment
• Must be able to produce at a high level under limited supervision and meet imposed deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word and the ability to learn new loan servicing systems or other software as implemented
• Ability to implore critical thinking measures and to think through global consequences
• Robust problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
