We are looking for a Senior Client Service Associate who can help our growing team and client base. This role will provide high-quality support to advisors and clients, and support other important functions within the office. This role will coordinate regularly with advisors to execute client service requests and utilize a variety of software applications to keep everything organized and well recorded. The Senior Client Service Associate will also manage projects that support overall company operations and improved client service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client entry to and exit from alternative investments
  • Support due diligence process for new alternative investments
  • Serve as the first line of defense for client needs
  • Execute client service requests including new account openings and account maintenance
  • Follow up on client service requests to see them through to completion
  • Manage and execute client service and operations projects
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation and reporting

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related experience; RIA firm experience preferred
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred 
  • Knowledge of custodian websites (Schwab, TD Ameritrade) preferred
  • High school diploma required; 2-year college degree preferred

Compensation
$64,000 plus bonus
