Sage Business Counsel

Our Litigator loves complex business and commercial litigation and enjoys communicating with our small to mid-sized business clients and helping them move forward in a strategic fashion so they can reach their goals faster.

Our Litigator takes the time to understand what brought the client into a dispute initially and what they genuinely want to achieve so we can orchestrate a plan using the civil litigation process. They are able to create a roadmap of the claims, the likely outcomes, and the possibilities of success at trial. They know how to build a case to maximize settlement opportunities that meet the client’s goals without sacrificing quality or ethics.

Our Litigator takes the time to present their strategy to both the client and the rest of the legal team so everyone is on the same page. They don’t waste time trying to exhaust all possibilities but instead focus on the practical and most logical of options to prevent analysis paralysis. Our Senior Civil Litigator values pragmatism over theory and only pursues those means that are best tailored to reach the client’s desired ends.

Our Litigator performs legal services such as legal analysis, legal strategy planning, overseeing and analyzing discovery and legal pleadings, drafting and reviewing complex motions and briefs, conferring with other attorneys, presenting to the court, and advising clients, to name a few. They have a keen attention to detail and a vast understanding of both state and federal rules of civil procedure. They consider themselves ninjas in written and oral advocacy and perform well, both on paper and in court.

Our Litigator has a leadership style that is firm and goal-oriented, yet motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way. Our Litigator will thrive in a job environment that is flexible, constantly changing, and provides growth opportunities, recognition, and reward for the achievement of business results.
