• Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
• Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
• Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
• Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials on behalf of clients charged with felonies, and misdemeanors
• Counsel clients regarding the status of their cases, their next actions, and updates regarding their cases

• Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
• 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
• Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)

• Previous experience advocating for clients in criminal trials, felonies and misdemeanors
