We are a Gwinnett based firm on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced litigation associate to join our team. You will work directly with the owner to craft legal strategies for clients but case management will be your responsibility. We need a litigator with experience in business and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong written and oral advocacy skills, as well as a passion for helping businesses.


  • Manage cases from investigation to trial 
  • Research and write complex motions, briefs, and proposed orders
  • Attend hearings and trials
  • Conduct depositions
  • Maintain client expectations by providing professional and timely updates on cases
  • Develop case strategies and projections
  • Report to owner


  • Georgia Bar Member in good standing
  • JD from accredited law school
  • 5-7 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial or business litigation
  • Interest in emerging legal technologies and markets

$65,000 yearly - $85,000 yearly
