The Doubletree Hotel by Hilton Colorado Springs is currently hiring a Security Agent Supervisor.

The Supervisor will detect potential sources of security and safety hazards, responds to emergencies, handles complaints, and investigates and compiles reports in a professional and hospitable manner. The Supervisor will provide oversight and direction to the security department as directed by hotel management.

• Will take the lead on resolving difficult guest situations in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Train/coach new and existing department employees on job fundamentals and enact documentation process as necessary.
• Assist in managing 24/7 department schedule; resolve schedule conflicts, create personnel solutions, assist with time & labor submission, and cover open shifts as needed.
• Attend daily management operation meetings and provide prompt communication follow-up with all hotel leadership regarding outstanding business action items.
• Must be available for after-hours emergency on-call.

• Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts -required 
• High School Diploma, Tech, or Trade School -required
• Basic computer skills. -required 
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications
• Previous law enforcement, security, EMS, and/or fire experience. -preferred
• Previous experience in security or loss prevention
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Supervisory or lead experience

Our hotel near I-25 is five minutes from the Broadmoor World Arena, and it's under five miles from downtown Colorado Springs and Fort Carson. Garden of the Gods is a 20-minute drive away.
