Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and professionally, managing project timelines, processing orders, and completing daily tasks. The candidate must be a great communicator and listener who is driven and has great time management skills.   • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members 
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Produce progress reports and present them to the team on a weekly basis
  • Conduct outbound survey calls on behalf of our client base
  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs


  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service, sales, marketing, or administrative experience is preferred

$12 - $15 hourly

The Biz Hive is a business center for local businesses that offers fully furnished, private co-working office spaces, rented by the hour or day! We partnered with Anytime Mailbox and manage mail and packages for our clients and offer onsite secretarial services that manages call answering, administrative duties, email management, calendar management and conduct research projects with outbound call efforts.
