Our scheduling coordinator is ostensibly the primary traffic controller of Everything Creative Designs. This position functions as a liaison between the client with their expectations, our team, and their material capability of accomplishing the promises that we make. Strong and consistent communication between these mentioned parties is paramount to ensuring that the company meets those expectations.


  • Customer Services Point of Contact
  • Handling the schedule and weekly calendar
  • Managing the main office email account
  • Managing workspace communication via Slack
  • Gather information to and from clients/team members and deliver said information to the appropriate parties
  • Answering the phone and directing inquiries
  • Building folders for property stagings
  • Maintaining inventory through Stageforce
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Collecting the mail daily


  • At least 1 year of experience in a related Logistics position
  • At least Intermediate (or 1 year) experience with the following software (or equivalents)
  • Excel
  • Google Drive
  • Panda Docs (Invoicing Software)
  • Slack
  • Reliable means of travel to and from our working location

$22 - $24 hourly
