The Realtor Partner will be trained on our systematic approach to sales and customer service. The Realtor Partner will learn the dialogues necessary to set appointments with potential clients. 

The opportunity to leverage our existing systems, staff is huge for the right person.

  • Present the benefits of working with our team and close to signed agreement. 
  • Convert leads into appointments, appointments into listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts. 
  • Time management skills - consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell.
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends. 
  • Accountable to meeting weekly/monthly appointments.
  • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.).
  • Strong closer, ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Licensed Realtor
  • Team Player- must be able to work well with others.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies)
