The Listing Specialist for the Joanne Curtin Team will be trained on our systematic approach to getting homes sold faster and for a higher price than the average agent. The Listing Specialist will learn the dialogues necessary set appointments with potential Sellers and get the listing. For the right candidate, the opportunity to leverage our existing systems, staff and reputation will result in a high number of listings taken and sold. The primary focus will be to contact (daily prospecting) and meet with Sellers, establishing an expected selling range, getting the listing agreement signed and communicate during the marketing period. Our Business Partners and Administrative Staff effectively get the home staged, ready for sale, photographed, listed and marketing in place. Contract negotiations, including repairs, are negotiated on your behalf and all contract to close details are handled so you can get more listings!

Responsibilities

  • Present team and close to signed agreement. 
  • Customer service and follow up. 
  • Prospects for, presents to sellers. 
  • Convert leads into appointments, appointments into listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts. 
  • Responsible for contacting and obtaining appointments with Sphere of Influence, Neighborhood calling, Expireds/FSBO. 
  • Maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell. (Through our system, you will receive these leads daily and use our follow up calling system). 
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends. 
  • Provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies. 
  • Accountable to meeting weekly/monthly appointments and new listing standard

Qualifications

  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Sets listing appointments, visits and evaluates property
  • Researches market and reviews CMA
  • Analyzes needs and goals of the Sellers
  • Makes listing presentations, sets expectations with Clients
  • Client communication and follow up
