We have more leads than we can handle and therefore we need you! Due to growth, Realty Concierge Group, a residential Real Estate firm is seeking talented salespeople.

We provide every agent with leads. Simply put, our marketing and lead generation systems are built around helping agents sell the most homes in the shortest period of time so you earn more.

This position is based in Brighton, MI and we cover Livingston County, Oakland County and Washtenaw County (others as well depending on the lead)!

Commission based income, expected yearly is $50,000+

Responsibilities
  • Know how to work a room and talk to anyone and everyone to connect at a high level!
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience

  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process.
  • Ability to multi-task with several clients at a time without freaking out?
  • Counsel buyer/seller on offers. Explain merits and weakness of each component of each offer.
  • Research MLS listing for homes that meet Buyer’s specifications.
  • Review comparable MLS listings regularly to ensure property remains competitive in price, terms, conditions and availability.
Qualifications
  • Loves the idea of no cap on income.
  • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records; Must have basic computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication and service skills.
  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.)
  • Risk taker.
  • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
Compensation
$50,000+ commission based only
