We are a small, but fast-growing Immigration law firm in New Jersey, United States, looking for a Salesperson (also called our Case Specialist) to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients.  

The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities. 

We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance our client experience. You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people!

Our firm helps immigrants to get legal status in the United States and helps them reunite with their families in the US. We need someone who truly understands the frustrations of waiting for updates from the government with long processing times and the emotional toll the clients face on not being with their families. 

Compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Commission is based on knowledge of our services and the dollar value you are able to bring to the firm. Benefits include working from home and earning in US Dollars equivalent to your local currency and internet allowance. HR will then schedule an online interview. You will go through 2-3 series of interviews. One with a mock sales call, and the 2 others will be with the Manager and the Owner.   • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads

  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Answer Phone Calls from Leads and properly filter if they are qualified leads or not
  • Follow up with unqualified leads without scheduled consultations
  • Schedule consultations with the firm
  • collect consultation and retainer payments
  • negotiate retainer payment structure
  • Follow up with retainer signatures and payments
  • Endorsing paid clients to production
  • updating Manager or Owner on requested information
  • Reports requested on data or your sales performance

  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to speak English Fluently
  • Ability to speak in Hindi or Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement

$5+ hourly + commission DOE
