This is a part-time sales position to represent Real Estate IQ at investment clubs and online meetings. Most of the REI meetings are from 6 pm to 9 pm Monday through Thursday. Saturday's events are in the morning usually until 3 pm. 

The Sales and Customer Development person is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to be part of a cohesive sales team. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

We are seeking a person who enjoys understanding and listening to the investment community. The ability to provide the right advice and being empathetic at the same time is valuable in this position. The art of explaining and listening is master through this position. We talk with hundreds, even thousands of investors every month. You should understand the value to build long-term relationships and at the same time understand when the lead is ready to buy and act immediately. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and training to the market
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team 
  • Work on sales scripts 
  • Every day increase performance and better understand your market
  • Grow your circle of influence
  • Focus on retail sales
  • Take the opportunity of targeted sales to small businesses
  • Monitor your own achievements in sales and help create tools for the team
  • Self-management philosophy
  • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team 
  • Find better ways for training 
  • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material

Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience or having a strong interest
  • Understanding customer relationship management 
  • Interested in learning about people
  • Know how to work, learn and excel in different software applications 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven organizational and planning ability 
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving 
  • Team leadership ability 
Compensation
$20,000 - $40,000
