Reali's Head of Business Systems is looking for a hands-on and results-oriented Salesforce Administrator. If you have current SDLC expertise, specifically with Flow and other SFDC declarative development tools, we would like to meet you! We are hiring an experienced partner with leaders across the organization to drive initiatives and shape the growth trajectory of Reali.

You will listen to our internal colleagues to design and deliver best-in-class solutions in an accelerated growth environment. As you align systems and process initiatives with business needs, you will ensure quality solution delivery with measurable outcomes.   • Manage day to day operations of a complex, multi-tenant Salesforce environment, including intake requirements, design and develop no-code/low-code solutions
  • Deliver on quarterly business and systems initiatives
  • Partner with Business Operations, Program Management, Operations, and various other stakeholders to align and deliver solutions for novel challenges in support of Reali’s various lines of business.
  • Collaborate with business analysis to ensure delivery, establish metrics and measure outcomes
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions cognizant of the larger organizational picture and growth trajectory
  • Ensure process design and corresponding system configuration are best-in-class, continuously adapting to an ever changing environment; own solutioning
  • In collaboration with the Business Systems team support Reali’s broader tech stack including, Snowflake, Looker,, Aircall,, Encompass, Blend, Asana, Jira, Docusign, HeyMarket
  • Understand and leverage industry best practices, fast-tracking standardized solutions for known challenges
  • Responsible for analysis, planning, testing, and implementation of projects and tasks
  • Ensure effective change management and systems documentation
  • Build integrations



  • Must have 2+ years or more,"Flow" automation experience e.g. Expertise with Flow and other SFDC declarative development tools
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent additional work experience
  • 7+ years of work experience in a technology company in related roles: business or revenue operations, program management, business systems management, business analysis
  • 5+ years of declarative development experience in Salesforce
  • Deep familiarity with Sales Cloud and extensive experience building and maintaining custom solutions
  • Expertise with full SDLC development approach
  • Experience managing and integrating 3rd party solutions with Salesforce
  • Experience managing technical projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through change management programs
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Haves

  • Mortgage or Real Estate industry experience
  • Experience working with a data warehouse, preferably Snowflake
  • Experience working with event/data bus technologies
  • Experience with JIRA, Gearset, DevOps tools, CI/CD
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology

$135,000 - $145,000 yearly
