The mission of the IRBY Sales Trainer is to work day-to-day with our championship sales team in their first 30 days to precise coach the IRBY cadence, sales process, and sharpen negotiation skills. This IRBY Warrior must be THE champion of IRBY’s Warrior culture. The primary focus is on new hires, but also includes identifying coaching opportunities and creating a collaborative effort to improve across the sales division in performance, retention, accountability, relationships, and culture.
A successful candidate will have proven experience training in high-pressure negotiation sales arenas, next-level people skills able to tailor training methods to individual learning styles, and a high drive for excellence through accountability.
