We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Telemarketer to generate leads by outbound calling using a provided list. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to provide basic information to obtain an insurance quote - You do not "sell".

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. The ideal candidate will be cheerful and upbeat. The goal is to obtain as many leads per hour as practical. There is a bonus paid for each valid lead obtained. We prospect all over the USA.

Schedule: Full-time. 8-hour shifts, Monday thru Friday

• Cold call prospects using our list
• Use scripts to obtain basic information about a prospect
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Record the prospects information accurately on a lead sheet

• Proven experience as a Telemarketer
• Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• High school diploma or greater required
