The successful candidate is a highly-motivated sales professional with experience in sales and business development. You will be responsible for establishing contact with potential customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on leads.
Responsibilities
- Sales
- Cold calling
- Setting up appointments
- Responsible for client engagements
- Constant communication with new and existing clients
- Perform follow-ups with new and potential clients
- Sending necessary documents to clients
- Create and update trackers
- Gather feedback from clients
- End-of-day reporting
Qualifications
- Leadership skills are a must to be able to coach team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confident in giving a sales presentation
- Skilled in asking probing questions to potential clients to gather their needs
- Must have fantastic problem-solving skills, enabling them to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise in carrying out a growth management plan
Compensation
$45,000 yearly + commission
