We’re hiring a motivated full-time Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team, who will help us cultivate and manage our leads and build client relationships.

A vital role in our company, the Sales Support Specialist will act as the client advocate through the sales process, being the first point of contact when homeowners inquire about selling us their homes and the last touch as the deal comes to a close.

This position will complete basic lead qualification and determine the reason for the potential sale and the urgency of the opportunity. Great attention to detail is a must!


  • Relational, great on the phone, and know how to connect with people.
  • Process Driven, following steps to filter out non-qualified prospects from qualified leads.
  • Team Players, who enjoy working on team-based goals in a collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the internal drive to meet and exceed goals daily.
  • Organized, keeping track of clients from lead through close using a CRM (Salesforce).

COMPENSATION base of $35,000 - $45,000 + Uncapped Bonus Structure!!


In this role, you will have day-to-day objectives and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer/return phone calls from seller leads.
  • Collect and enter lead/property information into a database (Salesforce CRM).
  • Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions team.
  • Follow up with and manage current and past leads and appointments.
  • Assist in generating new leads through outbound calling and networking activities.
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for the company scorecard.
  • Assist in administrative and team tasks.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Salesforce CRM (preferred)
  • Experience with BombBomb (preferred)

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
