Gray Wolf Homes have been doubling year over year for almost 4 years. We continue to grow in Johnston County and meet our demand. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the New Home Consultant is responsible for continuously sourcing new customers, helping customers find and design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. This individual is the face of the company and has the responsibility of creating the first initial impression. The New Home Consultant interacts with many different people within the organization and is responsible for meeting and exceeding their sales and customer services goals for their community.

Compensation: Base plus commission $150,000 plus targeted compensation

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate the Company’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers 
  • Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, overcome objections, then establish Gray Wolf Homes as the best solution available for their new home purchase and close the sale 
  • Responsible for accurate documentation of the transaction from sale through the loan, options, and construction, and close   
  • Networks and performs outreach to Realtors
  • Manages time efficiently to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals 
  • Conduct lot walks to understand variables, Facilitate and attend homeowner walks (where needed) 
  • Maintains and continually expands the database of prospects and leads and maintains the CRM database
  • Attends bi-weekly sales meetings, reports weekly metrics 
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the Company 
  • Develops and maintains a good rapport with prospective customers, Realtors, and team members 
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with company standards 
  • Demonstrate and maintain a model home to company standards (where applicable)

Qualifications

  • Must have new home sales experience
  • Must have a valid NC Real Estate License 
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization with an attention to detail 
  • Accountable with the ability to meet goals and deadlines 
  • Must be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations, exercise mature judgment, and objectivity with clients 
  • Present a professional public image and bearing
  • Has a strong work ethic, and is a resourceful trustworthy reliable team player 
  • Works well and adapts to a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Working knowledge of real estate/new construction computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Hyphen (or other CRM/Build Management software) a plus

Compensation
$150,000 salary plus bonus potential
