We are looking for an energetic, out-going, and gregarious Outside Sales Representative to work with us part-time! The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. 

JKAM Investments is a growing real estate fund and syndication platform providing investors with access to superior investment opportunities with better returns and tax advantages to traditional wall street or wealth management channels. We have a full remote team but travel regularly to industry conferences, events, and masterminds together. We offer a fun environment engaging with high net worth accredited investors who are looking for opportunities to invest outside of traditional wall street channels. In addition to commissions, there are opportunities to earn long term equity in properties and fund management fees.  

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving sales environment and is happy speaking to consumers throughout the majority of the day. This is a part-time, virtual position! 

Compensation: $100,000+ Expected Earnings + potential equity in funds or properties long term (Salary + Commission)

• Making contact and engaging with our current database, learning their investment goals and objectives, discussing opportunities we currently have or will have upcoming    
• Reaching out to your own existing network of investors (if applicable) who may be interested in investments into private real estate funds, or syndications
• Prospect and network on social media platforms, attend networking events in your local area, sponsor or promote educational events or investor networking opportunities in your area (with our assistance)

• Experience in investments and/or financial acumen to communicate our value proposition for private real estate funds and syndicated investment opportunities
• Enjoys spending majority of day on the phone or texting to engage with clients
• Current investor list that has previously invested in other opportunities whether real estate or other investment related is preferred
• Social media savvy for promoting and growing our brand and funnels
• Ability to clearly communicate value proposition to multiple types of client avatars, goal oriented, ability to function under deadlines from time to time ahead of property closing deadlines
• Natural relationship builder/connector who can build trust and communicate our expertise and values
• Organized and willing to update hubspot crm, tracking metrics, calls, leads
• Believer in metrics backing into results, meaning maintaining a minimum number of investor outreach, phone calls, texts, emails 
• Driven and results oriented
• Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
• Must be willing to constantly learn from others and develop both personally and professionally
