We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales as well as achieve sales quota and account targets.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Maintains existing and builds new customer partnerships. Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers on all levels of an organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, and in person within the context of a highly-professional sales environment. Interprets messages and responds appropriately and promptly
- Plan monthly meetings
Duties & Tasks:
- Prospect for appointments
- Attend 3 qualifying appointments per day and provide a summary
- Discover pain points business owners encounter in their day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- A strong sales background with a proven track record
- Experience in handling objections and how to overcome them
- Must be personable and have a welcoming personality
- Professionalism is a must in both appearance and demeanor
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft systems, Google Workspace, and Zoom application
Compensation
$48,000 + yearly
