Our Sales Associates educate customers about windshield safety, assist them in placing a no-cost replacement (with full comprehensive coverage), and/or competitively priced cash sales. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable salesperson who can generate leads that convert to sales.

• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

• Work with customers and company to ensure insurance coverage for all services provided

• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Sales experience is helpful but not a condition of employment. We will train the right candidate
• Reliable transportation to the home office in Ocala
• Integrate with our sales team, working in a team environment
• Must be able to use a cell phone and applications proficiently
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
