As an Employee Benefits Sales Representative, you represent our brand in the market. You will solve clients' needs through consultative and solution-based selling, and build relationships with contacts in your territory to identify, develop and negotiate sales opportunities.


  • Sell employee benefits products to businesses with 10 or more employees
  • Build and establish relationships with decision-makers
  • Work in partnership with a Field Trainer
  • Call on potential customers to not only prospect new business but also to get introductions to other local business owners
  • Develop internal relationships with team and trainers who will assist you in creating specialized plans to meet the needs of owners and their employees


  • College degree, or requisite work experience
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Insurance industry background will help but not required

$50,000 yearly+commission
