We are looking for a motivated, talented Sales Representative to join our sales team. This team member will be trusted with bringing in new clients and also taking care of existing clients and providing a memorable client experience. This position can be full or part time depending on your availability. (ex: stay at home moms, looking for something on the side etc) There is sales quotas depending on full or part time employement.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails. or other forms of communication to increase the likeliehood of them using our services
  • Promptly get back to clients questions, complaints, and comments
  • Follow up with clients after project has been completed to ensure the process was easy and to see how the product or service is doing, and if they need anything else.
  • Measure what is working and what is not on a regular basis
  • Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Attend tradeshows and events to obtain more sales
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective cusotmers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or a willing to step outside your comfort zone if never done sales before
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
