We are a growing FAMILY LAW firm located in the Atlanta area. Our office is in ATLANTA, but our cases are throughout the State of Georgia. We are looking for a Non-Attorney Sales to join our team.

You see sales as a service we perform "for" our prospective new clients, not as something to be done “to” them. You must be comfortable explaining fee structures and financial obligations to potential clients.
- You can convey to prospective new clients the value of our services well enough that they understand, and will find, the financial means to let us help them.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. These are a must and they must be able to come through by video, in person, by phone, and in writing!
- You should be a lifelong learner with a proven track record of self-improvement to keep your sales skills sharp.

Responsibilities
- You will meet with Potential New Clients by video conferencing, telephone, and in-person, to help them find clarity about their situation, educate them about their options and make the best decision for their future. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVING LEGAL ADVICE!
- You will conduct meetings pursuant to office procedures to help bring new qualified cases into the firm. You will follow up with potential clients pursuant to the office procedure.
- You are a fast learner and will go through intensive training on all aspects of family law.
- You will become informed and be respectful of bar rules of ethics and professionalism with special emphasis on the definition of providing legal services.
- You will work with a team of "client intake specialists" and meet regularly with them to help them improve the process.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the new clients are prepared for a successful start to their case by sending them pre-conditioning materials.
- You will keep detailed notes in a central database documenting all contacts with the prospective new client both before, during, and after the meeting (including all follow-up attempts).
- You will facilitate a professional introduction (“hand-off”) to the legal team for every new client.
- You will engage in marketing and outreach efforts to help promote the services we provide. You will join a local BNI group (1 early morning meeting per week) and promote our law firm’s services.
- You will meet with potential referral sources to learn about their services (approximately 2 meetings per week).
- You will help the Firm Owner book speaking engagements to explain our firm's family law services.
Qualifications
- You must be incredibly professional, personable, friendly, and respectful to our potential clients.
- You must be able and willing to go deep into the lives of potential clients while providing them with excellent service.
- You must have experience selling either products or services (but preferably professional services). You should have prior experience selling high ticket tangible products and professional or financial services utilizing a consultative selling methodology.
- You embrace metrics, scorekeeping, transparency, and accountability.
- You should have some “real life” experience that helps you to empathize with Potential New Clients who come to our firm with challenging and deeply personal situations.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base of $40,000 with a bonus structure that could get you to the range of $65,000 - $75,000 if you meet job expectations.
