SUMMARY

Mobile One Courier is looking for business minded professionals who strive for success, pursue career growth and want to be in charge of their own income potential. Outside Sales / Business Development Managers are responsible to prospect and generate new business taking a consultative approach and creating solutions. This position requires hunting/prospecting on business accounts in the field to generate new sales. Outside sales executives call on both existing clients and potential customers.


Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following 

New Sales (80% Focus)

  • Identify and acquire potential clients utilizing lead generation/prospecting, referrals and networking methods
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Create quotations and sales proposals
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Maintain and record all opportunities in a sales prospect database
  • Manage your own pipeline as well as successfully close deals built from your hard work and dedication.


Account Management (20% Focus)

  • Develop and conduct account reviews
  • Ensure attainment of revenue goals for assigned client accounts
  • Generate incremental revenues from the existing client by offering value added services
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned client accounts, visiting clients on a regular basis
  • Direct and/or execute problem resolution for all assigned accounts
  • Generate new revenue based on goals set


Long Term Opportunity

  • After proven success, the growth opportunity with our company could yield to the position of Sales Manager or VP of Sales. This is dependent on having the right behaviors and skills

Compensation
$40,000 to $50,000 (base salary) + Commission
