Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned client accounts, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on expanding the scope of insurance solutions offered.
- Research and understand clients' industries, competitors, and market trends to provide tailored insurance recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support business development efforts.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and generate leads.
Sales and Relationship Building:
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of InsuraTec's insurance solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking and managing sales activities in a CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, including revenue forecasts, activity logs, and account performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Monitor market and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.

Compensation
$94,000 - $103,400 yearly
