Noble Capital Markets (www.noblecapitalmarkets.com) is looking for an experienced Sales Relationship Manager.  

We are seeking a client-focused, growth-oriented sales relationship manager to join our growing Channelchek (www.channelchek.com) team. In this position, you will manage and maintain relationships with newly acquired and legacy clients through regular communication with c-suite public company executives. You will be responsible for communicating and understanding the needs of clients, utilizing data analytics and reporting to deliver progress updates to executives, and working together with various internal departments to deliver additional value-add services where appropriate. Success in this role will be defined by client satisfaction, cross-marketing success, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales or client relationship management role, preferably in the financial sector. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have an understanding of capital markets and the needs of a growing publicly-traded company. A strong ability to communicate effectively with c-suite executives is a must. Math and analytics acumen is important as data and reporting will play a key role in the position.  

Compensation

  • This is a full-time, salaried position
  • Starting Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Client retention-based bonus structure

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide personalized advice to clients, building rapport and fostering a positive company image
  • Work with, and communicate with, both internal and external executives to determine reporting needs
  • Establish and measure KPIs, considering the customized needs of each reporting client
  • Collaborate with team members from multiple departments to collect and analyze data
  • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
  • Create reports for internal and external clients
  • Posting press releases and updates for clients as needed
  • Identify cross-business opportunities and inform other departments when appropriate
  • Achieve and exceed client retention goals
  • Identify new client opportunities

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines, while working independently at times
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Adobe Software Suite
  • Reporting and data visualization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology
  • General knowledge of business operations, strategies, and processes
  • Strong client service skills, with an understanding of customer relationship management
  • Understanding of capital markets and public company structures
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn HTML, Wordpress
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in client service, sales, finance, or a related position
  • Finance degree or previous capital markets experience is a plus

Compensation
$75,000 - $90,000
