Compensation:


  • $250,000 (estimated first-year earnings, base plus bonus)
  • Incredible bonus potential for high performers

Responsibilities

  • Execute the mission, vision, and strategy of the market/office
  • Exceed goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
  • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
  • Lead the development of associates to minimum average income per associate
  • Attain dominant market share in target markets
  • Recruit new talent. Recruit talented career real estate agents
  • Use the company tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, and net recruits
  • Call active licensed agents to see if they would like to be a part of our dynamic team and culture
  • Sort resumes and identify talented individuals
  • Screen and interview potential candidates
  • Check references
  • Develop strategies to attract talented Real Estate Agents to join our company
