Our Real Estate team is seeking a confident Sales Recruiter to acquire new talent for our growing real estate and investment businesses. The successful candidate will not be afraid to pick up the phone and make an authentic connection with experienced real estate professionals who could be ready to make the move. Our Recruiter must have experience working outbound calls and residential real estate industry experience is a plus. Must be familiar with managing a database pipeline and can be ready to pivot as opportunities develop.

Responsibilities

  • Work with team lead to identify new talent opportunities and make appointments
  • Review and analyze our recruiting software program for potential candidates
  • Scour job search websites and social media forums for potential recruits
  • Interview potential agents using industry-standard techniques
  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring process
  • Serve as an advocate for new hires as well as established agents
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of our company


Qualifications

  • 2+ years recruiting or outbound sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in residential real estate and sales recruiting
  • Effective appointment setting skills
  • Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
  • Licensed as a REALTOR a plus


Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
