Our prospects welcome you into their homes gladly. They want nothing more than for you to provide them real solutions fast. Our prospects have problem properties that they aren't sure what to do with or are just flat out finished and want to be rid of the headache.

  • Are you constantly fixing things? Solving other peoples problems, even those that sometimes don't want to be solved?

  • Are you a leader, and do you understand the principles of truly leading a conversation?

We may be a good fit for each other if so. We are looking for a true sales professional. Someone who puts the customer's needs above all else with integrity, discipline and intelligence.

Your day-to-day would include but not limited to the following:

  • Meeting with 3-5 prospects daily, assessing the properties, situations and making offers to purchase Real Estate
  • Managing contacts in CRM
  • 20-25 follow up calls per day
Responsibilities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details to facilitate successful transactions
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • We are looking for a team member that will treat current customers just as well or better than the customer they don't yet have.
Qualifications
  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Decisive and proactive in the sales process
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Must be a proactive

  • Must be eager to grow and develop as a person
Compensation
$75,000+ Annually

Speeedy House Buyers was established in 2015 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We purchase nearly 100 homes every year that are in need of repairs. Many of those properties we sell to other investors who will renovate and sell or renovate and hold as investments. We carefully select all of our team members based on a cultural fit.
