Responsibilities
- Must be diligent with follow-up and communication to provide a professional experience for home Sellers and Buyers.
- Be committed to the daily success habits of successful real estate agent. We believe that the customer is best served by consistent, professional, career-mided sales associates.
- Utilize our proven success models of sales training and role specialization to provide a 5-Star customer experience every time.
- Always conduct yourself with emotional intelligence and restraint in order to best support Buyers and Sellers with the stress of moving.
- Consistently generate new business by prospecting via phone, social media, open houses, marketing, etc.
Qualifications
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- License preferred. Must be willing to obtain Real Estate license within 60 days if not.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in implementing a sales process
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of success
- Must demonstrate a competitive level of assertiveness and responsiveness
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
