As Operations Manager, you will be expected to oversee and ensure a smooth management for the office at all times. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical & organizational skills, a desire to increase the productivity and amazing communication skills. This position will work closely with the brokers, agents and all staff. Must have great communication skills, ability to problem solve, think fast and outside of the box, have attention to detail and be deadline oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and participate in our team training, meetings, coaching and activities
  • Teach ongoing training to agents
  • Weekly accountability for agents and staff
  • Prospect for the team while out in the community
  • Assist in any other assignments as designated by the brokers
  • Maintaining Staff/office harmony
  • Coordination of important dates
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Manage referrals - incoming and outgoing
  • Interview and make hiring recommendations, staff reprimands, counseling, training
  • Help manage and create new company Standard Operating Procedures for each part of the business

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
  • Attention to detail, organization of files/paperwork/accounting
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information
  • Constant conversation/communication with staff and agents
  • Human Resource Duties
  • Ability to solve complex business problems

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
