Responsibilities

  • Handle logistical and administrative side of the contract to close processes for agents/clients
  • Handle all back-end operations and support
  • Streamline/improve/create operational processes
  • Interface/lead title co, lenders, contractors
  • Save all pertinent docs through the contract to close the process
  • Download market data and update all reports we provide to clients
  • Manage CRM and record/track prospecting activities for agents
  • Onboard listings and handle pre-marketing for listings. Gather feedback weekly and maintain listings
  • Manage annual client party and pop-by gifts throughout the year
  • Put together listing presentations, buyer books, relocation packages
  • Property search set-ups, filling out templatized contracts/listing agreements, staging appointments, photoshoots, set-up inspections. etc
  • Hold team members accountable for weekly KPI's and goals
  • Weekly reports - sales tracking, margins, KPI's, etc
  • Set up client digital files, manage the sales pipeline
  • Manage office supplies

Work Hours: Full Time, some weekends, reliable transportation a must.

Qualifications

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
  • Required Experience: 2-5 years in real estate preferred
  • Operations Experience required
  • Strong with technology platforms
  • Management and operations training
