• Prepare monthly reports of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities based on the trends in the latest market research
• Implement digital marketing campaigns with the team by creating email, social media, and online advertising content that will generate maximum online visibility and drum up new business for the legal firm
• Optimize website and social media channels for SEO
• Help drive SEO in content creation
• Execute and maintain social media campaigns
• Implement and execute long-term brand management strategies
• Monitor and manage marketing spending to achieve ROI goals
• Analyze and report statistics to firm management
• Conduct market research, develops business strategies, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings
• Plan and coordinate long and short-term marketing and sales plans
• Handle other tasks as assigned by firm management

• Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department

• Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or sales, or relevant experience
• Must love spreadsheets and metrics
• Must be timely and methodical when it comes to the submission of deliverables to firm management
