The Sales and Marketing Manager will have a thorough understanding of how marketing, sales, and customer service play in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced company with a very quick growth trajectory. The candidate must be creative, well-organized, self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic. The Sales and Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Recruiting, Director of Training, Director of Leverage Services and Director of Coaching and Consulting.
The Sales and Marketing Manager is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. This is a highly creative, driven individual who wants to be a part of a HUGE vision and a great team.


  • Print Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Strong Understanding of Branding, ability to keep social networks on brand 
  • Building and Maintaining the Database
  • Content Creation: Creating purposeful drip campaigns that offer items of value, Newsletter Creation, Direct Mail Campaigns, Advertisements
  • Market, plan, and execute all Company Events - training, networking events, etc.
  • Team Website
  • Marketing/Advertising ROI Tracking
  • Graphic Design
  • Facebook/Instagram: Organic and Paid, Ads Manager, Ads Targeting, Pixel Tracking, Custom Audiences, Lead Forms, Cost Per Lead, Insights
  • Video Marketing: Video creation, editing and marketing
  • Field all inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Generate sales through lead generation
  • Sales Funnels


  • High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience 
  • Database management and CRM experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Proficient with Social Media Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter
  • Proven track record in a marketing and sales role
  • Proven track record of serving on a team

$40,000 plus commission and bonuses
