Top-producing Real Estate team based in Greenwich, CT, is actively seeking a motivated and versatile Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support their growing high-end luxury residential real estate business. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial-minded work ethic, strong business acumen, and maintains confidentiality and discretion. Previous experience in the residential real estate industry supporting either a residential brokerage or a team of agents is preferred.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator combines marketing, operations, and day-to-day administrative support functions for the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project management of key strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

  • Strong bonus structure after 90 days - average bonus earnings can bring this role up to $90k+

Responsibilities

  • Manage various marketing communication projects
  • Manage and develop content for social media platforms
  • Assist with new business development research and presentations
  • Write error-free client and public-facing communications
  • Organize and manage automated contact strategies and action plans
  • Gather and manage listing information for multiple MLSs and websites
  • Coordinate client meetings and home tours
  • Document and manage process workflows for greater team efficiency
  • Create and maintain team meeting agendas and summaries
  • Prepare and manage listing activity reports, CMAs, and other reports
  • Develop monthly market reports and newsletters
  • Project manage transactions from accepted offer to close

Qualifications

  • Highly resourceful, can assess options quickly and present them to the team in an actionable manner
  • Can proactively set priorities, manage multiple initiatives, and provide dependable follow-up
  • Collaborative team player who has a positive attitude and an exemplary work ethic
  • Displays strong interpersonal communication skills while engaging with team and clients
  • Exhibits sound judgment and can work well under pressure
  • Proficient with various business productivity software suites such as MS365 and Google Workspace; social media platforms for business, including Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; and has an aptitude for learning different technology platforms specific to the real estate business
  • Customer-service oriented 
  • College Degree is preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the luxury real estate industry

Given the nature of our business and our team’s unwavering dedication to exceptional client service, some after-hours and weekend work is required. Although there is some work-from-home flexibility, this position is based in our Greenwich, CT office.
