This is a full time commission based position in one of the fastest growing real estate teams in the Merrimac Valley. You'll spend your time helping us develop policies and procedures for our sales agents while also working with them on role playing, accountability and skills development. This job requires some time in the office, but can be split between our office and a home office.
* Daily interaction with sales agents with varying degrees of experience
* Establish a schedule for training sessions, accountability meetings and lead rotation
* Responsible for weekly reporting
* Help us develop plans to increase productivity and profitability
* BS in business related field preferred
* Ability to work with many different personalities* Experience with InfusionSoft is helpful, but not required
