MFC Homes is bursting at the seams! We're buying more houses than ever and we're looking for a bright and motivated team leader to recruit, hire and manage our new retail division team members.

We invest a ton of money on marketing each month and most of the sellers we talk to are more prone to list their houses than sell them to us at a discount. We've actually been walking away from the very business a good listing agent could clean up on.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing recruiting campaigns to find listing agents as well as buyers agents

  • Market for agents
  • Interview them
  • Train them
  • Motivate them
  • Help them succeed

Qualifications

You will need to have at least 3 years of experience as a real estate agent with an emphasis on representing sellers:

  • You have a solid appointment to list ratio
  • You need to be doing at least 15 sides per year
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable

$150,000 income potential with no cap on earnings (includes a salary plus override)
