- Create and implement systems and accountability
- Develop and implement a retention strategy
- Create standards for prospecting and lead generation and follow-up
- Deliver a servant leader sales coaching approach
- Check-in daily with agents to keep them on track with goals
- Conduct weekly team sales huddles for coaching and training
- Passion for selling and developing others
- A leader who creates success through social influence, accountability, integrity, and honesty
- Driven to succeed and achieve goals
- Always learning new and innovative ways to scale the business
$60,000 salary + bonuses (no ceiling on income)
