Crosstown is looking for an experienced Managing Real Estate Broker for a busy and growing Real Estate Sales Brokerage!
The ideal candidate is skilled at supervising real estate sales agents in our successful brokerage firm in regards to contract writing, advertising, fair housing compliance and all activities of a real estate sales agent.
This is a leadership opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing an office of agents as well as assisting in brokering deals for the buy, sale and lease of residential properties.
- Promote a team atmosphere
- Host sales meetings

- On-Board and train agents to become top producers
- Hold the agents accountable to their sales goals
- Become the direct point of contact for each agent by showing that you are the team leader and building trust within the team
- Implement systems that improve our current process
- Manage Support Staff -- Continue to improve our support staff's systems and promote growth within the company
- Follow the Corcoran Coaching business model
- Oversee agent well being to promote agent retention
- Oversee agent compliance to rules and regulations
- Work with the CEO of the company for success of our agents
- Create a system to track conversion rates
- Must have an active Real Estate Brokers License in Illinois
- Positive mental attitude
- Experience managing people is a must!

- Tech savvy must be a genius when it comes to computers, spreadsheets, building systems and time management!

$100,000+ at plan (Includes $40,000 Base plus 5% bonus on every transaction.)
