Do you enjoy a high level of production and leading by example? Can you walk the walk? The Sales Manager / Lead Agent will work directly with the CEO and Director of Operations to build a loyal, high production, and cohesive team.  

Additionally, this person will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. This person gets excited by aggressive sales and profitability goals based on providing value to team members, customers, clients, and other professionals.

The Sales Manager possesses strong negotiation skills and works diligently to build relationships, inside and outside the team. This person will understand what motivates customers to buy and knows how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

Responsibilities
  • Embody our team culture and promote the mission, vision, and values
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage appropriately
  • Track Agent metrics and report data weekly
  • Attend networking events and team functions
  • Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff
  • Planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office 
  • May perform administrative duties and issue supplies or equipment when needed 
  • Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Licensed in Tennessee, license in progress, or open to immediate licensure
  • Proven sales success
  • Highly responsive 
  • Experience in real estate sales a plus
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan
