The Sales Manger/Lead Agent is an experienced, motivated leader within the organization, able to work directly with the CEO and Director of Operations.  Must have the ability to build a high production, and highly cohesive team of Agents and Showing Assistants who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They will be loyal, have a can-do attitude, and must be growth minded.  

Additionally, this person will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. This person will set aggressive sales and profitability goals based on providing value to team members, customers, clients, and other professionals. The Sales Manager possesses strong negotiation skills and works diligently to build relationships, inside and outside the team. This person will understand what motivates customers to buy and knows how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.   • Embody our team culture and promote the mission, vision, and values
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage appropriately
  • Track Agent metrics and report data weekly


  • At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
  • Licensed in Tennessee
  • Proven success in the industry
