  • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
  • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
  • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a dynamic sales role
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate and network effectively
  • Experience in accurately measuring jobs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Outstanding Organization skills and time management
  • Basic Word and Excel Experience

Base $45,000-$65,000 + 5% of total sales
