The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. The Sales Manager leads our growth efforts by recruiting, training, consulting, and being an accountability partner to all advisors and licensed assistants. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving leader who is committed to supporting our sales advisors with putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win sales scenarios.

The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets
  • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
  • Manage all competitor, customer and market research
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • Create sales reports in a timely fashion
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps

  • Manage recruiting of new advisors and provide detailed reports and tracking
  • Support all company advisors with sales related activities


Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software

  • Prefer to have 1 year of sales manager / recruiting experience

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
