The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team while consistently retaining highly productive sales associates. Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit experienced agents to the team
  • Create and implement systems and accountability tools for the existing agents to ensure productivity and growth
  • Develop and implement a retention strategy
  • Create standards for prospecting and lead generation and follow-up
  • Deliver a servant leader sales coaching approach
  • Check-in daily with agents to keep them on track with goals
  • Conduct weekly team sales huddles for coaching and training

Compensation
$60,000 salary + bonuses
