The Sales Manager will have a thorough understanding of how sales and customer service play in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced company with a very quick growth trajectory. The candidate must be creative, well-organized, self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic. The Sales Manager will work closely with the VP of Recruiting, VP of Training, VP of Leverage Services, VP of Coaching and Consulting, and the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining the database
  • Field all inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Generate sales through lead generation
  • Sales funnels

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills

  • High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Database management and CRM experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Proven track record of serving on a team

Compensation
$100,000+ potential based on base salary plus commissions and bonus structure
