We are looking for absolutely AMAZING sales managers. These manager-level roles may be offered regionally or functionally depending on experience and location. This position will have an opportunity to grow into Director of Sales roles First-year OTE of $180,000+ with a competitive base plus commission compensation structure. We are an extremely well-capitalized, enterprising, and technology-focused real estate investment company that is ready to build something special. Do you want to be a part?

You will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be pushed harder than you have ever been before. You will be expected to move faster, do more, and think bigger than ever before. Be warned.

Responsibilities
  • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
  • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
  • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve
  • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
Qualifications

  • Build a deep understanding of our value proposition and target client to effectively train and develop your team.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train into our documented sales process
  • You manage processes rather than trying to manage individuals because you understand that's what is required to succeed
  • Understands the importance of being an amazing recruiter
  • Achieve 25% Quarter over Quarter top-line revenue increases
  • Must be able to motivate and lead high performing teams of very competitive and driven sales professionals and align them to the goals of the company
  • Ability to build and manage remote sales teams

Compensation
$180,000 + OTE
