Crazy 88 Mixed Martial Arts is a growing martial arts school with multiple locations in the region, seeking an experienced Location Manager with a strong focus on sales. As the Location Manager, you will oversee the operations of our facility and lead the sales efforts to drive revenue growth. Our Managers average 30 hours per work week.
This position offers a starting salary of $18 per hour, with bonus-based earnings.
Our top sales representatives earn an average of $30-$35 per hour with a bonus included.
- Manage daily operations of the facility, including class scheduling, instructor management, and member engagement
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, including lead generation and conversion
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives to promote our services and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with members, prospects, and partners in the community
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team
- 21+ years
- Proven experience as a location manager, sales manager, or relevant role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets
- Experience in the martial arts industry is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support sales efforts
